Direct Support to the Community - Children education and educational related projects.
We support children education thinking in the long-run benefits and positive outcomes that will brings to the community. We provide financial help to the surrounding state schools for acquisition of school supplies for the children and their teachers. We also sponsor educational training seminars and conferences in order to enhance the level of education in these small schools. We are proud to have some of our own employees volunteering within the community. Since we are located in a rural area, our volunteers have committed themselves to help and reach out to the children by teaching or just by offering a helping hand in any way that will benefit their lives and the lives of those living in the surrounding areas where our farm is located.

Work environment
The working conditions in which our farm operates are adequate for our employees; we meet all the regulations established by law. In addition, we provide with safety equipment to our employees and we pay closer attention to the lightning and ventilation of the plant making sure that the work environment is adequate for our employees. As we continue growing, we will continue striving to go beyond these regulations in order to enhance the working conditions of our plant personnel.
Caring for the Environment
Our business operations rely on our planet’s natural resources. We believe that our success should not come at the expense of the environment, so we strive to operate in a way that is mindful of long-term environmental sustainability.
We have considered the areas over which we have the most control and influence. Our environmental strategy is focused on three key areas where we believe our work can have the greatest positive impact: water conservation, recycling, and output/waste reduction.
